Command and options for configuring the SSD130X display's charge pump.

The macro SSD130X_CMD_SET_CHARGE_PUMP defines the command byte used to set the charge pump configuration of the SSD130X display. The macros:

• SSD130X_CMD_SET_CHARGE_PUMP_EXTERNAL enables the use of an external charge pump.
• SSD130X_CMD_SET_CHARGE_PUMP_INTERNAL enables the use of the internal charge pump circuit.
